Electronic Examination Copies (Free!)

Most UNC Press books are available to instructors as electronic exam copies at no cost.

To order an electronic exam copy:

Check to see if the book you’re interested in is available as an ebook. We’re issuing new ebooks every month, so check with us even if no ebook is yet indicated the book’s webpage.

Completely fill out and submit our Electronic Exam Copy Order Form. You will be asked to supply your institutional (.edu) email address, departmental contact information, as well as the name of the course, anticipated enrollment, and semester when it will be taught. If the ebook is available, a link to the online exam copy (via VitalSource, viewable on any device in any web browser) will be sent to your inbox.

Electronic exam copies are offered free of charge to instructors teaching relevant courses in an upcoming semester.

Please note: you must use your institutional (.edu) email address; we can not process digital exam copy requests with personal email addresses.

All examination copies are provided at the discretion of the University of North Carolina Press.
