Hoppin’ mad for Hoppin’ John on Jan. 1

I’m so glad I don’t have to make my own Hoppin’ John this year because, frankly, it just never turns out as good as I think it should. Instead I’ll be at the Slow Food Triangle’s Southern New Year’s dinner at Fullsteam Brewery in Durham. Maybe see you there? Tickets still available, surprisingly, so come on down!
